hello , i am statrting a consulting firm and would like to obtain the necessary documentation to be legal I am planning to obtain a Holistic Health Consulting business in Florida. I have the fictitious name and EIN. i WOULD like to apply for a Whosale Licence so that I can sell homeopathic herbs, dietary and herbal supplements yes Miss thank for your responds, up to now I have never get a partnership that suit partner and pearls clients so it's very difficults getting the DBA as what you wannaBy US Currency so hight the price the curs whereas IDR is lower than USD, so thank you Miss, if you do not mind let us together to be partnership could you?

If you are a CONSULTING sole proprietor/owner, you will need a business license (business tax registration). If you also use a trade name to do business, for example, "Your Best Consultant," you also need a DBA (Doing Business As). However, if you incorporate or form an LLC, such as books, you do not need to file a DBA. If you will sell any type of CONSULTING  merchandise or item in small or large amounts, you will need a seller's permit (salest tax id number). If decide to hire help, you will need a federal tax id number and a state employer tax id number.
THERE ARE 4 TAX IDS: A federal tax ID, a Sales Tax ID, a State Sales Tax ID, and a Business Tax Registration ID. Starting businesses need a tax registration business ID ( AKA business license or home occupation permit. ) If the business is a sole proprietor, it does not need a tax ID unless it is an employer, in which case it will need a federal ID and a State Employer ID (employer identification number). If the new small business will sell or lease any merchandise, equipment or sell any items wholesale or retail or buy wholesale, it will need a sales tax ID number also called a resale ID, a state sales tax ID, wholesale ID or resale license. In addition, if the new business, whether home business, online or commercial location, it will need to file a DBA doing business as certificate, if in fact is doing business and using a trade name. For example, if the business is a home based carpet cleaning business and it does business as Best Carpet Cleaning, it will need to register a fictitious business name ( AKA DBA) certificate. Finally, starting businesses must choose a business legal/tax structure. There are 4 major business entity structures: 1. A sole proprietorship, a partnership, an LLC, and a corporation. You can select any one of them. If you select a sole proprietorship, you will need at a minimum, a business tax registration (business license) and a trade business name registration. Corporations and LLCs need the business tax registration license, and a federal tax ID number. Partnerships need at least a federal tax ID number and a fictitious business name registration. Finally, anyone, even one person can be an LLC or corporation.

    You will need a federal tax id as a consultant.

    If you are a

    llc Will Not be at this time I have my LLC And Sellers permit. I'm an online hair extension company. Although I sell online only will I need a business license also or just the seller's permit? I wanna sell Doppler online, what license do I need Actually, I am from China, and selling the products was made in China too, if I sell this Dopplers online to American customer,do I need different license? Ok, I am wanting to start an Online ONLY Business what ALL do I need... I'm looking at the TOTAL Start-up Cost... it would be kinda New Age type with Crystals and Incense In Wisconsin, I really didn't have to pay for all of the things Listed here...

    Where's my tax id number??I know i need Business License but I also Zoning/Building permits Yes, I understand I'm going to need all the require Licenses But my major concern is Zoning I first got fireout location before filing all the require paperwork I want to open my own hookah lounge I want know that licence fees of hookah bar Trying to open a Hookah Lounge but not sure how difficult is it for Dover City or the State to approve the Licenses and Permits Yes but before I start the registration process of Company/business with licensing. I want to how hard is it to get the License and permit for the Lounge?? I have my dba already, im just trying to get a sellers permit.. do you know how i go about it?
