    how do i  get a free tax id for oregon to buy wholesale?

    In OR, you will need a resale certificate to buy wholesale from out of state wholesalers'.

    As a seamstress, you are in business for profit. So you need all licensing as any other business.

    I am doing e-commerce business It’s a hot sauce company. How long can i be able to use the Tax id if i order today? Do i need to register a business for dropshipping? Do I need the state ein id # if I don't have employees?

    A: For your ecommerce business hot sauce company, you will need a sales tax ID and you can use it as long as you pay the taxes. Even if your business is dropshipping, you still need to register it. If you don't have employees, you don't need a state EIN>
