Here are the legal permits and steps required to start your own Hydro small company.

    If you are thinking of hiring help, you will need a tax id called a state EIN and an IRS tax id number called an EIN Employer ID Number. I.e., a OK Federal Tax Id Number and a(n) OK  State Employer Tax Number  

    Instead of filing a fictitious business name DBA Filing in Hydro, Incorporate in OK  or form a(n) OK LLC

If you will set up a corporation or form an LLC, you will not have to file a DBA (Doing Business As) unless your corproration or LLC name will be different that the busienss name you will trade under.
